1.1. The Malenki Theater Association (R.A.) (hereinafter: "the Association") operates the website at https://www.malenky.co.il (hereinafter: "the Website").

1.2. This document is intended to clarify how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information of users on the Website, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017.

1.3. Use of the Website constitutes your consent to this policy. If you do not agree – you are requested not to use the Website.

2.1. Information provided by you voluntarily, such as:

  • Full name.

  • Email address.

  • Phone number.

  • Any other details you choose to provide in contact forms or newsletter registration.

2.2. We do not store or process credit card details. Ticket purchases are made through external and secure payment providers only.

2.3. Technical information automatically collected during use of the Website:

  • Type of operating system and browser.

  • Times and patterns of browsing the Website.

  • Statistical and analytical information through Cookies and tools such as Google Analytics.

3. Use of Information

3.1. The Association will use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Sending updates about performances, events, and theater activities.

  • Responding to user inquiries.

  • Sending offers, promotions, and marketing material – only if you have given explicit consent.

3.2. Information may also be used to produce statistical data (in a non-identifiable manner) for the purpose of analysis and service improvement.

4.1. The Website uses Cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

4.2. These files allow us to improve the user experience, adapt the displayed content, and generate statistics on Website usage.

5.1. The Association will not transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • In case of a claim or legal dispute between you and the Association.

6.1. The Association implements reasonable and accepted data security measures, including encryption, to protect users’ personal information.

6.2. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against intrusions or unauthorized use, and the user acknowledges that they shall have no claim regarding incidents beyond the control of the Association.

7.1. In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, every person has the right to review information about them held in a database.

7.2. If you find that the information is not correct, complete, clear, or updated, you may contact the Association in writing to request correction or deletion of the information.

9.1. This Privacy Policy shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.
9.2. The exclusive jurisdiction regarding the use of the Website and this policy shall be vested in the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
